Week two Utah

After Chrissy's Wedding there were exciting things like two easter egg hunts. One at the White's and then one at the McDermotts and a BIG Birthday party at the White's. Well I didn't get any pictures from those either. I know how pitiful that sounds, but it is true. We had a lot of fun, especially since almost every cousin(from both sides of the family) were in town. The kids were so great at picking up where they left off, or jumping right in with the cousins. Grandparents didn't get it so easy, but by then end of the three weeks, they hated to leave them and talk about them frequently. Especially Liam who learned to say "Bampa" and "Bamma". He sees the pictures of the family and the grandparents are the first persons he points out. We can't wait to see them in the coming months.

Before the next wedding of Doug's sister Natalie, I had to get a real hair cut. So here it is. I felt so much better. Good hair dressers are a bit hard to find and very pricey in England.

The rest of the week, while Doug was working, we spent time between all the families and I went to stock up at the malls. There really just isn't enough time, when you only see family once every year OR SO... I hope no one felt too shorted on time with us. I wish we could have spent a week with each of you.

Chrissy and Thomas' Wedding

The first week we were in Utah, my little sister got married to an awesome man. We are so excited for Thomas and Chrissy. I have been praying for a man just like him to find her. Congratulations!!! and Welcome to the family Thomas.

I am sorry to say but, I just realized that I don't have any pictures from their wedding except this one of Kinz. I took so many pictures for other people and then failed to get them from them. So for anything more exciting please look the McDermott Family blog:)

Back in the swing again

After a three week trip to the states, I am back home and hoping to settle back in to the swing of life. The boys went back to school right after we got home and settled in to the schudule quickly. For Liam it was a week process to stop waking up from midnight to 3:00am. He finally settled in and Jaxon came down with some crazy sickness- fevers of 104F and not much more that he can tell me about. After five days now he is finally getting better and Wesley came home with sick and Liam this morning. So Next week I hope to get MY Life and bed back. As soon as I can get all the pictures off the camera I hope to post some of the trip back home. Till then pray for some sleep for me:)

What's in a name??

I saw this on a friends blog and thought I would see what they had to say about my name. Interesting at least!?

What Missy Means

You are confident, self assured, and capable. You are not easily intimidated.

You master any and all skills easily. You don't have to work hard for what you want.

You make your life out to be exactly how you want it. And you'll knock down anyone who gets in your way!

You tend to be pretty tightly wound. It's easy to get you excited... which can be a good or bad thing.

You have a lot of enthusiasm, but it fades rather quickly. You don't stick with any one thing for very long.

You have the drive to accomplish a lot in a short amount of time. Your biggest problem is making sure you finish the projects you start.

You are the total package - suave, sexy, smart, and strong.

You have the whole world under your spell, and you can influence almost everyone you know.

You don't always resist your urges to crush the weak. Just remember, they don't have as much going for them as you do.

You are a free spirit, and you resent anyone who tries to fence you in.

You are unpredictable, adventurous, and always a little surprising.

You may miss out by not settling down, but you're too busy having fun to care.
